Our Guarantee

We guarantee our signs for three years against any flaws in workmanship, cracking, splitting or peeling. If there are any problems in workmanship or in materials failures we will repair or replace the sign at no cost to you.

For our guarantee to be valid you MUST maintain your sign as per our recommendations. Your sign will last for many, many years if you properly care for it.

Maintenance

Wash and wax your sign once a year, or twice if it is in direct sunlight for 6hrs+ per day.
Wash your sign with warm water and a mild non-abrasive soap and a soft cloth.
DO NOT SCRUB the sign, for stubborn dirt areas use the soak and wait method.
Dry your sign with a soft cloth and wax it with any liquid car wax with UV light protectants.

If your sign has 23K gold leaf, DO NOT WASH, WAX OR SCRUB IT, leave it alone. It is okay to get it wet with the other washing on the sign, but only pat the gold leaf dry.
